非洲學(xué)者：經(jīng)驗(yàn)及技術(shù)分享 中國(guó)在南南合作中發(fā)揮引領(lǐng)作用丨世界觀

　　近日，埃塞俄比亞規(guī)劃發(fā)展部前國(guó)務(wù)部長(zhǎng)、北京大學(xué)南南合作與發(fā)展學(xué)院非洲學(xué)生代表西姆在接受中國(guó)新聞網(wǎng)采訪時(shí)表示，當(dāng)前非洲正面臨發(fā)展挑戰(zhàn)，中國(guó)提出的共建“一帶一路”倡議為埃塞俄比亞的一些重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目提供了靈活的融資渠道，并為當(dāng)?shù)仄髽I(yè)工人帶去切實(shí)可行的生產(chǎn)機(jī)制、技術(shù)和知識(shí)技能等。中國(guó)在快速發(fā)展、分享發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)以及為全球南方國(guó)家項(xiàng)目提供資金等方面，都發(fā)揮著引領(lǐng)作用。(王高飛 陳彩霞)

　　The Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) has offered flexible financing options for key projects in Ethiopia and has introduced practical mechanisms, technologies, knowledge and skills to local workers, noted Endalkachew Sime, former Ethiopian Minister of Planning and Development, PhD Candidate at the Institute of South-South Cooperation and Development of Peking University, told China News Network.
